Game Description
Double Switch plunges you into the mysterious Edward Arms apartment complex, where you're tasked with protecting tenants from a wave of intruders using a network of security cameras and deadly hidden traps. Starring Corey Haim, Deborah Harry, and R. Lee Ermey, this live-action FMV thriller unfolds in real time as you race to trigger the right trap at the right moment. All while unraveling the strange story behind the building’s secrets—and Eddie, the quirky resident who claims he's been locked in the basement.
You'll monitor eight rooms through security feeds, using a mini-map to track movement and spring traps ranging from electrified panels to collapsing shelves. The challenge ramps up across three acts, each with its own objectives and escalating pressure. With atmospheric video sequences, a moody soundtrack by Thomas Dolby, and clever branching events, Double Switch blends strategy and suspense into a uniquely cinematic Sega CD experience.
