Retro Game Fan ships video games, consoles, and accessories to customers in the United States and Canada.
Free shipping promotions apply to U.S. orders only, unless otherwise stated. Canadian orders always display accurate shipping costs at checkout.

Retro Game Fan specializes in carefully packing retro and modern video games across platforms such as Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, and Sega to ensure safe, secure delivery. Every order is packed with collectors in mind, because we want your game to arrive exactly as it’s pictured in our listings.

For video game orders over $20 USD (before tax and shipping), we automatically include our Guaranteed In-a-Box Service at no additional cost.

Eligible items ship in a sturdy cardboard box with tracking. We avoid bubble mailers whenever possible because boxes provide much better protection during transit and help ensure your games arrive in the condition shown in our photos.
Small or loose items such as cables, adapters, controllers, and smaller accessories or parts may ship in padded mailers — but only if appropriate. Any item that includes a cardboard retail box will always ship inside a sturdy shipping box to protect the original packaging.
Items that ship flat (i.e., strategy guides, magazines, box protectors, etc.) may ship in flat rigid envelopes. We always select the best shipping method to ensure your order arrives safely.
We never add handling surcharges or packing fees. If you pay for shipping, you only pay the actual shipping cost — We never add additional upcharges or hidden fees.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees (Canada)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes, GST/HST, or handling fees assessed by Canada Post or Canadian customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. Retro Game Fan does not control or collect these fees.

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days from our facility in Elberton, Georgia.
All U.S. orders include delivery confirmation tracking. International shipments may show fewer tracking updates while in transit or during customs processing.

Do orders over $20 ship in a box?
Yes. Eligible orders over $20 USD (before tax and shipping) automatically receive our Guaranteed In-a-Box Service at no additional cost. This helps protect games and collector items during transit and ensures they arrive in the condition shown in our photos.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us with your order number as soon as possible at sales@retrogamefan.com or via our Contact Us page.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Check tracking first, then contact us with your order number if needed.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please document the damage with photos and contact us with your order number. Photos of damaged boxes help us work with carriers.
What if an item is oversold?
In the rare event an item is unavailable after purchase, we’ll contact you and issue a refund. If this drops your order below the free shipping threshold, we will still honor free shipping.
Do you offer local pickup?
No. Retro Game Fan is an online-only store at this time.
Do you limit quantities?
We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain high-demand or collector-focused items. Any required adjustments will be communicated before processing.
Oversized or special shipping cases?
In rare cases involving oversized items or remote destinations, additional shipping costs may apply. If so, we’ll contact you before shipping. If you choose not to proceed, the order will be fully refunded.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident when ordering from Retro Game Fan. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re always happy to help.
Return Window:
Most items may be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
Return Approval Required:
All returns require prior approval. Please contact us at sales@retrogamefan.com or through our Contact Us page to request a return and receive an RMA number before sending anything back.
Condition Requirements:
Used items must be returned in the same condition as sold, with all included components, manuals, artwork, and accessories intact. Serial numbers or identifying marks must match our records.
New items must be returned unused and unopened, in their original packaging, to be eligible for a refund. New items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items:
Professional Disc Repair Services and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds:
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping:
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Defective Items:
If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us promptly with photos if possible. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund when appropriate.
Final Notes
All orders are processed in U.S. Dollars. Exchange rates, customs fees, and international handling charges are not controlled by Retro Game Fan.
We reserve the right to cancel any order. If canceled, a full refund will be issued.
