- Discs are pre-cleaned to remove surface dirt and grime
- All discs are resurfaced one (1) time using industrial-grade equipment (removes all but the deepest scratches)
- Residual polish may remain around edges of discs (for Standard tier — we do not buff off)
- Discs are stacked in transport-safe CD cake boxes and securely packed for shipping
Note: Residual polish can be wiped off with a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth, if desired.

How to Order Our Professional Disc Repair & Resurfacing Service
Follow these simple steps to send us your scratched video games, DVDs, Blu-rays, or CDs for professional resurfacing. Whether you're fixing personal discs or prepping inventory for resale, our process is quick and easy.
1. Select your desired Service Level
- Choose "Standard" or "Premium" Service from the drop-down (directly above the "Add to Cart" button).
2. Order and pay for the repair service
- Note: This listing covers twenty four (24) disc repairs. See our store listings for other repair packages.
- Double-sided DVD movies count as 2 repairs since we fix scratches on both sides.
3. Mail us your scratched discs (via USPS only)
- Send your discs only. Do not send cases, binders, etc.
- Include your Order #, Name, and Return Address inside your package.

We repair your discs & mail them back to you!
- After we resurface your discs, we ship them back to you in CD Cake Boxes for safe transport.
Note: You pay to ship the discs to us, but we pay for return shipping!

*Special Note About Blu-ray: Blu-ray discs (used in PS3, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Wii U, movies, etc.) are made with a thinner data layer and a special hard-coat surface that makes it harder to scratch—but also harder to repair. While we can usually remove light to moderate scratches, deep damage cannot be fully repaired by any repair service due to the construction of Blu-ray discs.
Important: While our professional-grade disc repair machines deliver exceptional results, there are still limitations to what resurfacing can achieve.
